Privacy policy

Effective date: October 5, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Immigrants Make US Great collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We've kept it plain on purpose.

Who we are

This store, immigrantsmakeusgreat.com, is operated by Auctus Marketing Partners, Inc., a Florida corporation, doing business as Immigrants Make US Great ("I.M.U.G.," "we," "us").

hello@immigrantsmakeusgreat.com

Immigrants Make US Great is being reorganized into Immigrants Make US Great, LLC, which will be owned by Auctus Marketing Partners, Inc. Once the LLC is formed, we will update this policy to name it as the operator of the store.

What we collect, and how

When you join the Founder's List. You give us your email address. It is saved as a customer record in Shopify, the platform behind our store, along with a record that you agreed to get email from us. We use it to send launch news and to give you early access to new pieces and drops. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

When you place an order. Checkout happens on a secure page hosted by Shopify. There you give us your name, email address, shipping and billing address, your phone number if you choose to add it, and your payment details. Shopify also records what you ordered, the order total, and the order's status, including any cancellation, return, or refund.

When you pay. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, including digital wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay if you use them. Your card details go to Shopify and its payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.

When you browse this website.

  • Your bag. Your bag is kept in your browser's memory only while the page is open. We do not save it, and it disappears when you close or reload the page.
  • Search. If you use the search box, the words you type are sent to our server and passed to Shopify to find matching products.
  • Technical logs. Vercel, the company that hosts this website, automatically records basic technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and when. This information is used to keep the site running and secure.

When you email us. If you write to us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and help with your order.

We don't collect information from data brokers, and we don't ask for sensitive information such as government ID numbers or health information.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • take, make, ship, and support your order, including pre-orders;
  • charge your payment at checkout and process cancellations, returns, and refunds;
  • send order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, and messages about your order (for example, if a pre-order ship date changes);
  • send Founder's List and other marketing emails, but only if you signed up for them;
  • answer your questions and handle customer service;
  • prevent fraud and keep the store and website secure; and
  • keep the business, tax, and legal records the law requires.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information for money. We also don't run advertising pixels on this website. Shopify, the platform that runs our store, may use information from purchases on Shopify-powered stores to personalize ads and offers across its network, under Shopify's own privacy policy. You can opt out at https://privacy.shopify.com or through the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our store footer, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.
  • No analytics, ad pixels, or tracking cookies on this website. This website, which is hosted by Vercel, does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels (such as Meta or TikTok pixels), or tracking cookies, and it doesn't store anything in your browser. Checkout is not part of this website. It runs on Shopify, which uses its own cookies (see Cookies below).
  • No marketing texts. We do not send marketing text messages. If you give us your phone number at checkout, we use it only for your order and delivery.

If we ever add analytics, advertising tools, or text messaging, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. Shopify's checkout pages use their own cookies and similar technology to run checkout, remember what's in your checkout, and prevent fraud. Those cookies are covered by Shopify's privacy policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but checkout may not work without them.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the people and services we need to run the store:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store, checkout, customer records, and the email service we use for order and Founder's List emails.
  • Shopify Payments and its payment processors, which handle your payment.
  • Our printing and fulfillment partner, which makes and ships your order. They get your name, shipping address, and what you ordered, and their access to our Shopify account is limited to orders and fulfillment.
  • Shipping carriers, such as USPS or UPS, which deliver your order. We buy shipping labels through Shopify, so your name and shipping address go to the carrier.
  • Vercel, which hosts this website.
  • Our email provider, which runs our hello@immigrantsmakeusgreat.com inbox.
  • Professional advisers, such as our accountant, when they need the information for tax and bookkeeping.
  • Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the store against fraud.
  • A future owner of the business, if the store is transferred, including to Immigrants Make US Great, LLC once it is formed. This policy will still apply to your information.

Our relationship with Shopify

Our store runs on Shopify, which processes personal information on our behalf to provide the store, checkout, payments, and email. Shopify and its service providers may store and process information in the United States and in other countries. Shopify also uses some information under its own privacy policy, for example to prevent fraud, to run features like Shop Pay, and to improve its services. For that use, Shopify is responsible for your information. To learn more, see Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy and its privacy portal at https://privacy.shopify.com.

Marketing emails and how to opt out

You get marketing email from us only if you joined the Founder's List or agreed to it at checkout. You can stop at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any of our emails or by writing to hello@immigrantsmakeusgreat.com. If you unsubscribe, we will still send emails about orders you have placed, such as confirmations, pre-order updates, and shipping notices.

How long we keep your information

  • Orders and customer records: we keep these for as long as we need them to fill and support orders, handle returns and disputes, and meet tax and legal requirements. That is generally up to 7 years, the period we keep tax records.
  • Founder's List: we keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe, we may keep a record of the opt-out so we don't email you again.
  • Emails you send us: we keep these for as long as we need them to help you and keep our records.
  • Website technical logs: our website host keeps these for a short period under its own retention settings.

When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect your information

Payments are handled by Shopify, which meets the PCI DSS security standard for card data. Checkout and this website use encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Only the people who need it to run the store, such as our team and our fulfillment partner, can get into our Shopify account, and their access is limited to what they need. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send card numbers or other sensitive information to us by email.

Children

This store is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email hello@immigrantsmakeusgreat.com and we will delete it.

Your privacy rights

Wherever you live in the US, you can ask us to:

  • know and access the personal information we have about you, and get a copy of it;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete your information, except what we must keep for orders, tax, or legal reasons; and
  • stop marketing emails to you.

Some states, such as California, give residents these rights by law. We offer them to all customers as a courtesy. We don't sell your information for money. Where state law treats Shopify's use of information to personalize ads and offers across its network as "sharing" or targeted advertising, you can opt out at https://privacy.shopify.com or through the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our store footer. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out request.

To make a request, email hello@immigrantsmakeusgreat.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may ask you to confirm details from your order or your email address so we can verify who you are. An authorized agent can make a request for you if they show us your written permission. We will respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we will review it. We will never charge you more, give you worse service, or treat you differently for using these rights.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email or with a notice on the site.
